Register of Burials (Green) Landscape

An essential item for all churches with churchyards or memorial gardens, this register will help you keep proper records of burials and internments of ashes in church grounds, in accordance with The Parochial Registers and Records Measure 1978. It includes space for the personal information of the deceased, the dates of death and burial, the officiating minister and the location of the grave or memorial stone, providing a permanent and reliable record long after physical markers have weathered.
